The Renegade-V is characterised by the characteristic front view of the helmet. The chin area is designed and shaped to resemble the look of a rugby player or martial artist. However, the aggressive design of the chin bar is not only visual, but also increases the shell strength in this area. There are four slots on the front of the helmet and a total of four slits on the sides and on the back. All contribute to highly effective ventilation and therefore to a high level of comfort. The side channels remove hot air from the interior thanks to integrated air channels behind the cheek pads. For added convenience, the four front vents can be opened and closed with a sliding blind on the inside. The surface of the EPS cheek pad material is treated with a noise reducing foam. This keeps the helmet calm when the internal air flows through the air channels. The chin curtain reduces the amount of air entering the helmet. If a rider wants an even quieter ride, the optionally replaceable chin cover can be mounted. The upper channels are designed for an upright sitting position as is common with cruisers and naked bikes. A super fibre belt is integrated into the shell to increase strength in the area above the eye opening. An important feature for riders who require increased protection. The Renegade-V is designed and manufactured for riders who insist on arai protection while enjoying their cruiser or bare motorbikes.
