After my toaster over with the slots on top and oven on the side started to malfunction, had a hard time finding a replacement as it was discontinued. My main purpose for it is to toast bread, waffles and heating up bagels (makes is easier to slice and then I toast them). After much research, decided on this model as it was the smallest size for my counter space and reviews looked pretty good; they did not disappoint! The Pros so far from my experience: * Rounded front door helps it take up a little less space than the traditional rectangle version, even visually less space. * Easier access to place/remove food from toaster oven with a wide opening when door is open. * Plenty of room for 4 breads/bagels. I only used for two at a time as in the photo. * Bake Pan, Oven Rack & Crumb Tray included. * Great option for when you don't want to use the conventional oven for cooking! (will update when I test this portion). * The Door Is Removable For Easy Cleaning. [Directions: Open the door, in the open position lift up to remove door for cleaning. reverse process to insert door back into toaster oven.] Con: * The instructions is off when it comes to temperature for toasting bread. Adjust according to your liking. The temperature used in this photo is 300 degrees; not the toast icon all the way in the end by 450 degrees (will be burnt toast). For bagels, I turn the knob down between 250 - about 275 degrees. That is all I can think of for con. Precautions: * Be Gentle With The Timer Knob: If you turn it on by mistake without plugging in first (as I already did, lol), wait for the timer to ding for finish. Then plug it in and restart the timer. Not worth risking breaking the mechanism trying to speed up to reset the timer knob. * Disconnect plug from outlet when not in use. * When finished toasting, wait a few seconds after opening the door (oven heats pretty good) to let the heat out and then remove the food. Happy with the purchase! Wonderful upgrade!

I gave one of these to a friend who’d moved into a small apartment. She loved it so much (even made biscuits with it!), that when I too moved to a small apartment, I got one for myself. I’ve been using it for three months. No regrets! Easy to keep clean, works great. Just read the instructions, if you toast less than 10 minutes you should turn the dial past 10 and then dial back under 10 to the level you want. Also, my English muffins and bagels seem to toast browner near the front than the back. Not a big deal for me, and the other features outweigh that one flaw. The way the top rotates back is just so good. So it sits near my counter edge (avoiding taking up unnecessary space). And lets me access the food really easily. I’m just so happy with it. I do recommend it and would buy it again. God bless!

I bought this toaster oven almost a year ago and I absolutely love it. It is by far better than using a regular toaster! The glass door opens so easily and allows you to actually watch as it cooks. That allows you to turn it off early if you have set the dial for too long for any item. I typically use it for toasting and love that I don't have to pop up the toasting item to check to see if it is going to burn or not. It is just as fast as a regular toaster and the sliding door allows easy access, so it is not easy to get burned. I've learned just how long each item needs to be set for excellent results. If you burn it it's going to be you causing it - not the toaster! The only downside to this product would be using it for items like pizza that set directly on the wire shelf. It would drip cheese onto the element just below the wire self and would not be an easy cleaning thing. I do use it for cooking small items or to heat things that I want to be crisp rather than heating in the microwave which tends to soften breads, etc. If you have been thinking about trying this product, you should definitely take the chance on using it. I will never go back to a regular toaster or a toaster oven that does not have the easy slide back door on it! I got it on an Amazon deal, but I would pay full price for it in a heartbeat! This particular model fits well on a countertop is a huge part of my daily use in my kitchen.

I received this toaster oven today and so far I've only tried toast in it which it does an awesome job toasting. it comes with a wire rack and then the wire rack has a little shelf under it that you can put the roasting pan onto to use as a drip pan for if you do meats like chicken or fish on top of the wire rack so their juices go into the drip pan. the drip pan can be taken out from under the wire rack and use on top of the wire rack for things like potatoes and french fries and roasting vegetables etc. I gave it a four star review for now until I try other things like chicken and fish because I only tried toast for now which as I said turned out awesome (see pictures) I really like that it is roll top door which saves on counter space and keeps you safe from getting burned like others do with doors that lay down in the counter . there is no odd smells from this when it's running and obviously it's not very loud because my dog was not afraid of it and she is usually afraid of appliances when they are running but this did not phase her at all. it will be a great asset to me for the summer months when I don't want to use the big stove just to make chicken or fish sticks or to just reheat leftovers etc i also plan to try some beef with vegetables in it at some point. once I try these items I may come back and give it a five star review so keep watching for an update

So far, we are all loving it! The grandkids think it's cool looking, and like how quick it is to toast their morning waffles. I had tried a fancier one which did everything but ice your cake, but the toaster function did not work very well. This one is simpler. I haven't gotten it to broil yet, because both top and bottom burner things come on no matter what I do. But I broil very seldom anyway, so I don't think that will be a problem.

I have used this product as a toaster and also to reheat food. The heat is quick and the see through glass makes it easy to monitor. The cleanup is easy and the rolltop is easily removable. This product provides flexibility/options in warming up, toasting, or cooking food that sometimes a microwave can not provide. The product looks great too!

Seems to work good, which says alot, They dont make toaster ovens like they used to. As to Hamilton? Time will only tell how long it lasts. The controls are simple and straight-forward, as it should be. No problem understanding them. Construction looks fairly solid. No noticeable heat leaking out either. I must sraw attention to a couple items. I bought my new, but I suspect it would be a return or someone had taken it out and put it back. The reason is all the tiny balls of styrofoam everywhere and a blemish found at the bottom corner of the lid. Was this by the person packaging it? The styrofoam broke trying to get it our but there was already particles on and INSIDE the unit and near the ventilation. Whoss idea was it to use styrofoam which is messy and toxic. Ita not easy to get rid of due to how sticky it is to static. There were particles inside and in the sealed tray which make ls no sense how it got thru its wrapping. If one does not totally clear these off the unit they will ignite and release toxic fumes and pose a fire hazard. Very bad! I saw one review lady saw it smoking when started using it, was it from the packaging? Also, there was a piece of cardboard wedged deep between the lid and the housing, it was difficult to remove, yet the other side, where it has a blemish, there was no piece the same but was inside the unit! Did someone else get this before I did and messed with it to get cardboard piece out and got frustrated and returned it? There were all some very tiny black particles inside, not many, just a few, did someone try to toast something??? They should fix the packaging so it's safe and ensure all New products sold are exactly that, accordingly.

It works great, fast and works consistantly every time and opens away rather than on the counter. You can load things directly to the plate.

We were looking for a basic toaster oven that toasted well and basic bake. This is the best oven we’ve owned so far for toasting, tuna melts etc. Also good for basic baking. Pizza, baked potatoes turn out great. Easy reach feature is handy and door comes off for easy cleaning. Happy with our purchase so far.

We purchased this to bake small batch baking, cookies or flat bread. Saves having to turn on oven and works well. Timer and temperature fairly accurate.

This is just a fancy looking toaster in which you can also heat pizza slices, etc. But do not think of it as a toaster oven, because I do not think it is possible to bake anything in this toaster. It is cheaply made and the door leaves little space at the edges from which all the heat escapes. Hence not good for baking or roasting. Also gets extremely hot on the outside even when toasting. cheap toaster for a cheap price. does a decent job with toasting slices.
