Beautiful, durable, easy to roll. The inside compartments are great. The quality for price is fantastic. I love the cup holder and bag hook addition. That was honestly my selling point! Multiple handle height settings is so helpful. I love this and look forward to all of my trips now.

This is a good-looking carry-on suitcase. I haven't traveled with it yet, but had to replace my bag that is used when I travel for work monthly. Although it doesn't have an expandable zipper, it holds a decent amount inside. I don't know that it would fit in the overhead if expanded. The cup holder is a neat idea, although it only works for smaller drinks (i.e it won't hold a coffee thermos or something of similar size). The telescoping handle also seems a little flimsier than I was hoping. I purchased this item when it was on sale for prime days, I think it was a good buy for that price but don't know that I would pay full price.

Durable and nice looking

Suitcase has easy dual rolling capacity. The cup holder is a nice plus for coffee cup and drink cup when traveling. Holds more than expected and like to extra zippered area for small item or dirty clothes. Good value. Would buy again.

So disappointed. Arrived banged up (in 2 unharmed boxes). How cheap and fragile must your product be to get damaged inside a box inside another box?? Or do you not have any quality control and you packaged and sent a damaged item?? These photos are straight out of the box Oh, and the cup holder is too narrow to hold a standard water bottle.
