They work great for exercises like free weights, seated cable rows, and lat pulldowns. That said, for heavy lifts in the squat rack, I’d recommend sticking with traditional straps. These can slip a bit under heavier loads. Still, I really like them and plan to keep them as backups for lighter days!

I had a had time finding wrist straps to fit snug on my wrist and this one is amazing. Would definitely recommend if you have small wrist! It’s soft on your hands and I am able to lift more with these straps compared to others!

I purchased the large and I thought it was going to be too big for my hands but it was just right. My previous was made of rubber so it left black rubber residue on my hands after every use. The wrap section is made of leather. It's durable and holds well with dumbells and lat bars. Highly recommend this product.

They grip pretty well but the smell is so freaking bad and strong. I tried rinsing them with soap and water but black dye of the grippy part was coming off and it dyed my hands a blue ish black color in the process. They have a strong scent of burnt plastic and they rub onto the hands as well. The function is good but I really hate the smell.

Great for Lat Pull-Downs. Those suckers hurt! This helped a lot.
