New Times... New Razors
Honestly... I was skeptical of this razor at first. Mostly because you put a razor blade into it and that scares me. I had ordered a shaving kit for my boyfriend with a razor like this and after seeing his results? I needed to try! So I went and got me one. Its truly a great shave, and thats saying something coming from me as I have insanely sensitive skin. Usually plastic razors leave me itchy and red- but this one didnt cause anything of the sort! If your looking to buy this, I'd 100% recommend it. If your like me, and your scared, I totally get it. But it's definitely worth the learning curve... I nicked myself a few times but it was no big deal. Still have a totally smooth shave everywhere! Once youve got it down... there is NO going back!

A Must-Have for the Smoothest Shave
This single-blade safety razor is an absolute must-have. Don't believe the lie that multi-blade cartridges or electric razors are better—they simply cannot compare to the closeness and quality you get here. This type of razor provides the smoothest, cleanest shave available. Tips for a Perfect, Safe Shave The biggest worry people have is cutting themselves, but it is extremely easy to avoid. If you take the time to lather up properly (using cream, soap, or gel), you will have no issues with accidental nicks. Even if you do accidentally cut yourself, it's rarely serious or noticeable. I've used this single-blade razor EVERYWHERE—on my face and body—and have never had a bad or noticeable injury. It is a fantastic tool that delivers professional results with minimal risk. Make the switch!

Clean Shave
Leaves a nice clean shave, doesn't cut the flesh. Good Product

Hypoallergenic
Razor is sturdy with a good handle that makes it easy to grip and best of all the razor and blades that come with it are actually titanium so it doesn’t cause allergic reactions from metal allergies. It is my first safety razor and I think it’s user-friendly and gives a great shave. If you’re on the fence about a safety razor; I can go a lot longer between shaves with this one, have had no ingrown hairs since I started using it, and I have seen an improvement in strawberry skin just from switching to it.

Cheaply made and broke after two months
This is not a good razor period because it is cheap and will inevitably break, but beyond that it is certainly not a good beginner razor for men. It is quite aggressive so you have to ge very slowly and carefully not cut yourself really badly. The tolerances on this thing are also very sloppy, so you have to painstakingly adjust the blade every time you put in a new blade before tightening it to get something approximating an even blade reveal. Otherwise, you will cut yourself even worse for sure. I got a new razor after this one broke and it's just a cheap, basic butterfly razor and it's way better in every way because I feel like I have much better control and don't have to make these microadjustments to the blade reveal or anything. It just works. What else is there to say? For some reason I can't upload pictures I have of the broken razor, but rest assured the thing broke after only two months of use (I was only shaving every two or three days as well by the way). The screw that is attached to the top cap and screws into the handle simply broke off as I was screwing it in. I guess you have to be really careful so as to not overtighten it or the thing will break (I was hardly putting any torque on it, to be sure), but at the same time make sure you tighten it enough so it doesn't come loose as you're shaving. This hunk of junk made me irate enough to write this review when I've never written a review for anything I've bought on Amazon before. I have no idea how this became a beset seller besides the cheap price point and I guess being able to market it to both men and women. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. You are not saving money by buying this thing. You're going to have to replace it later anyway, sooner rather than later most likely. Spend the extra $5-10 to get something a little more expensive and it will be of way higher quality that should actually last. It doesn't have to be something extravagant, just a practical, cheap workhorse razor. This is not what you're looking for.

Great Investment
I love this razor. I like how high quality it is and I love the color. The blades also don't dull quickly so the need for replacements is very rare. Great product. Will last a long time.

Not bad
Overall good. It will definitely last. Best razor? No. But durable and works.

Who knew these things were so much better?
OK, I remember when it happened. My father went electric. THEN he went back to a safety razor. THEN they came out with these blue disposables. Cost a little more but you didn't have to worry about leaving them on trips and as a high school coach/score keeper, that happened. BUT THEN things started getting crazy. We'd REALLY appreciate one in Pink. It'll cost more lady. I don't care, I'm feminine. They, kinda forgot they asked for it. THEN hey, it has a comfort strip. You know what works better then one blade? TWO. The first blade pulls the hair a bit and the second one cuts it just under the skin, where it can get infected. Well shoot, if 2 is good, more is better. And more. AND MORE. Now I had a razor with 5 blades and two on the top side to "Trim" with. What that usually ended up doing is every 3rd or 4th shave I'd end up slicing right under my nose with that stinking TRIM blade. And cutting my ear. Plus, sometimes I wasn't shaving at all. One stroke and that mass of 5 blades would be jammed with a carpet of hair AND IT WOULND'T COME OUT!!!!. Last month I got tired of it. There are many offerings, kits etc that you can get on Amazon and I say, shop at your own desire. There are top loaders side loaders, lotsa different options. I've used this one for a month now. Same blade as a matter of fact. No nicks, no oops, no problems with shavings stuffed under or in between blades. No opening of the top loader (you see, if I remember right, if you twist the bottom the blade top opens and that can just be a hassle while shaving. But you're probably not as clumsy as I am. Can you shave everywhere with this? YES, but lets just look at my head. First it was no shave November. I know, "You said you used it for a month!" calm down. My facial hair if it gets showing just turns into pins that when I bump into it like rubbing my nose, it jams those hairs into my skin like a pin. Don't know why, I had a beard and mustache once upon a time but my hair just doesn't get that long. SO we look at my head hair. That's all I had after a month. I used clippers to get it down and then shaved it. One pass up, One pass down. Done. Every other day trimming on my face for similar effects. One blade, over a month of cuts. You can buy 15 replacement blades for 5 bucks. Whats the price of a 5 blade refill? 4 for 15 bucks? NOW, if only we can get those medicine cabinets with the blade disposal in the back of it again. Be careful remodeling one of those bathrooms!
