Gets the job done, however wish the pillow was slanted like the one you can buy separately. Butt still kind of touches seat. I place a regular pillow behind the back pillow to give it the extra cushion it needs to brace me. Urinal thing is a must have. Could have came with 4 lipo foams instead of 3, because you definitely need 4. Altogether good purchase.
