Works great, clear skin, steady energy
I began taking Pine Bark Extract mainly to improve my skin tone and circulation. After a few weeks, I noticed a difference. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have the strong herbal smell that some brands do. My skin looks great after a few weeks of taking it.

Very cheap and available for people who needs this medicine. If you buy at stores that sell these, it’s too expensive. I definitely will buy again

Easy to swallow, good absorption
The recommended dosage of 100 to 300 mg per day is easy to manage with the 100mg capsule. Being a capsule rather than a tablet also insures better absorption for men over 55 years old. Research has shown the combination of L-Arginine and Pine Bark extract to be beneficial for vascular health and NiO production.

Improved Skin and Less Muscle Soreness
This supplement seems to improve skin elasticity after taking for 3-4 months. I also do not seem as sore after strenuous exercise, the recovery is quicker from delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS). I take many supplements including turmeric which is also an anti-inflammatory and would advise you consult with your doctor before taking both together as they both thin your blood. Key would be the dosage. Will continue to purchase this product, more reasonably priced than the "Pycnogenol" brand and they are the same thing.

It's good, but based on research there is better out there
It wasn't as effective s I thought it would be, but I'm going to continue taking pine extract as this was my first foray into this supplement. I have just about finished my first bottle and its effectiveness is spotty, but it does make a difference in many areas. I started here because of the price point. I'll probably step up my game when I order the next bottle. I think I'll go with the French stuff and see if that makes a difference worth paying for. Pine extract impacts many areas. It just didn't produce a consistent result. I'm going to stick with it for a few more rounds(bottles) and see if it is one of those cumulative supplements. This is a good place to start if you are just checking it out like I was.
