Very helpful for my posture!
I found the upright go s to be very easy to set up and use. It has helped a great deal and brought more consciousness to me regarding my posture. I recently upgraded to the upright go 2 and gave the upright go s to my parents and they have also found the upright go s to be helpful. It makes you more aware of your posture and can help relieve some back pain as you sit and stand correctly.

UNUSABLE, the app is garbage
0/10 do not recommend! You NEED an app to use this product, but the app doesn’t work! You can’t even get past the login page. It looks to have been a problem for over a year. I wish I had read the reviews on the AppStore before purchasing this item. What a waste of money! I tried reaching out to support but they didn’t get back to me. I wish there was a way to use this item without needing the app, but unfortunately I have to return the item. Amazon should really take it off their site if it can’t be used. (Also for those that care, I found out that the company is based in Israel)

Don’t use for the first time on a busy day at the office!
I originally purchased this item as a gift for my father or boyfriend. I decided to try it out to make sure either one of them would actually use it should I gift it to them. I had no clue what my day at the office would be like but gave that no thought when deciding to wear it that day. The installation instructions were ok. I don’t want to say they were bad because the info was all supplied but it was a bit confusing. The device is connected to an app via Bluetooth. I happen to work with equipment that also utilize BT to connect to an app for a living. So when my device didn’t connect right away I knew what to do. But there was nothing in the directions that would tell an individual how to fix that. Had I given this to my dad, he would have stopped there. Next the device needs calibrated. The app tells you there are two ways to do that but only one those instructions were immediately available and worse yet there is no clarification to confirm if your calibration is correct. It’s been a few weeks since I tried this device but I also remember being confused about the proper timing regarding installing the app, pairing the device, and installing the equipment. If you have the patience for all of that, you should be ok. After installing everything and being up and running, I started my day. I had a hard time driving and using the mouse at my desk because the moment I leaned forward to reach for my mouse the equipment alerted me that I was not aligned and needed to sit straight. When changing the channel in the car, on the radio I was also alerted of my posture being incorrect. There were times I know for sure I was slouching and needed corrected. The problem came in when my typical day turned into one of those days. Again it would have only been mildly annoying had I received notification all day while working at my desk. But when my attention needed to be focused on issue at work the device because extremely annoying. There are instructions on how to extend the notification times in the event that you are being constantly notified. I guess the device does what it is designed to do but I recommend trying the equipment on your day off first to get a feel for it. Also from the picture I got the ideas that this device hung from a chain or a cord. It actually come with sticky pads that can be reused several times before needing changed. The instructions do say you can hang it from something but I never gave that way a try and will most likely be returning this device. My boyfriend asked why I got this device and told me he doesn’t feel I have a posture issue. I don’t think my dad has the patience for the install process and maintenance and I don’t think my boyfriend could handle all the alerts.

Helps your posture but rips out your hair
I really love the purpose of this device. It has definitely been helping with my posture and the app is awesome. The issue is it rips my hair out. It has a tacky side you stick to your back but if you have longer than shoulder length hair it gets caught behind the device and you end up yanking out hair. I’ve tried using the necklace holder instead but they fit so horribly and it doesn’t hide under clothing.

Was a game changer for me
I’ve been having back problems for a while, leading to bad headaches, problems sleeping and generally not feeling my best. I’ve tried many different items to varying degrees of success. I bought this without too much expectation, but as a ‘well, it can’t hurt any, can it?’ I knew my posture wasn’t great, but didn’t know how bad it was. Noticed an improvement after the first day. The first day; however, was a chore. Back was definitely sore afterwards. Each day it ramps up the time by 10 mins and muscles kept being sore. After a week it got better. Now it’s more of a pain (in the butt) than strong soreness. But that obviously shows it’s working to help me develop my posture muscles. I just wear it for the recommended time (now 100 mins) and not even every day. Sometimes I miss a few days depending on my schedule. For those complaining that it ‘buzzes’ all the time…that’s kind of working as intended? Just stop slouching? I would definitely recommend it to try. As I said, I have seen huge improvements in my back pain, which has also led to better sleeping. Just do what it says, and if it’s too much for you, scale back and do what you can. But be persistent. Also, I didn’t want to use the sticky tabs (because I’m a little hairy and I don’t want to have to keep buying them), so I bought the necklace. Works fine at my desk. Goes under my shirt and you can’t even notice it.

Accountability that I wanted!
I've been using the Upright Go S Posture trainer for about a week now and it's doing exactly what I wanted it to. A gentle reminder to sit up straighter at my desk after a 15-second delay of slouching. The first few days I got a many reminders, but now I get less so I know it's becoming a habit. The set up process with the app was super smooth and easy to learn how to use the device. Discrete to wear under clothing and the vibration is quiet. Highly recommend this if you'd like to change your posture!
