I love the taste of this stuff. I think lemon goes with anything and I add a little scoop to my water in the morning or before I workout and I do feel like I have more energy. I need to be more consistent to feel a big difference, but I do feel this works! I also do not feel bloated or anything with this. The powder does go everywhere when you scoop or pour water on it so I recommend adding water to your cup then the creatine and then more water. Just if you don’t want the mess

Love this stuff. Not only does it work well, but I also add it to my preworkout. The lemon-lime flavor enhances the taste. Can't say that about most of the creatine powders out there.

I think this might be one of the best tasting creatine I ever had! Really recommend it

When I opened the container, I thought I was being tricked. It’s only filled in the bottom of the container. Not sure if it works but I wanted to try a flavored creatine. Its flavor is super strong so you must mix it as the instructions state.

البودره قليله جدا في العلبه التى هي اصغر من المتوقع وهذا حسب ما استلمته اشتريت 2 علبه طبعا غير قابله للاسترداد او الاستبدال للاسف ..وعن الاستخدام هذه المره الأولى للتجربة..التقيم عن كميه البودره في العلبه ربع او اقل من الربع سوف اوزن العلبه لاقيم بالضبط لو أمكن
