Two left ears! (Edit: Contacted Manufacturer)
Edit: I originally gave 1 star because this erroneously came with 1 rack "ear" and thought Amazon would help. Do not bother with Amazon on this one, they are useless. SilverStone stepped up and replied within 2 hours, and is sending the correct part now. The full review: This case was easy to use, is light enough to carry with all hardware in, but sturdy enough to compare with SuperMicro cases of the same style. I will buy this case again if it's in stock.

Great Product Marred by Vendor Shenanigans
Chassis looked just like it was exactly what I was looking for to house my NAS with up to 8 3.5" drives: + sufficient hot-swap bays, + 2 internal bays for 2.5" drives, + good support for motherboards, + hot-swap internal fans. Researching compatible power supplies almost made me want to give up: - Standard ATX format not supported. The alotted space physically does not fit the common ATX and SFX PSU standards - Documented "2U single or 2U redundant" categories don't exist outside of the product spec sheet. - The three PSUs listed as compatible are also from same vendor (and reiterated here in the questions) and each cost more then the chassis by a factor. - The product manual hints at several supported PSU standards, but again, without spelling them out. - After lots of measurement and cross-referencing it turns out the FTX standard is supported in addition to a slightly larger format that allows for redundant PSUs - I stopped researching this any further because I don't have the need for these, especially since none are available at less than product cost. - There is only a small selection of FTX PSUs available at retail - most, who would have guessed produced by Silverstone. Except - none are listed as compatible by Silverstone for this chassis (!). Maybe because these are available at normal PSU prices. - This stupid game that took me way too long to figure out receives a 1 star markdown. This is a rackmount chassis - there is little reason not to mount it into a rack. The chassis does not come with rack mounts. The product lists only a single compatible set of rails provided by vendor. The rails are nice, but don't fit my rack configuration (24" depth). Researching alternative rack rails proved even harder than PSUs. If the chassis can only support a single set of rails it should be bundled as part of the product. This receives another 1 start markdown. I am still looking for alternative rails and it may still result in a product return. The vendor could make this easier by better documenting rack depth compatibility/requirements. If you sense some frustration, yes, clearly motivator for this review. I have spent multiple days (!) researching compatible parts for a $400 product. Competitors producing cheaper and simpler alternatives make this much easier.

Amazing cheap ATX form factor Chassis
Really happy with this chassis. It hosts my ATX sized motherboard very nicely. It also happens to fit the RMS04-20 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N3MK5OQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which is what I'm using in my rack. The fans are by default connected to the SAS backplane and run at 100%, so I disconnected them and plugged them into my mobo. Not the quietest fans, but it'll do. I don't think there's any 2U ATX compatible chassis with hotswap bays on the market other than this guy, so this is quite a good find.
